Is HDB doing that? Otherwise can anyone explain why am I getting so many smses on property recently, right after my application for one of the recent BTO? Anybody encountered this problem too??

Ichikami is not a very new brand to me. Had actually finished up a small bottle of the shampoo some time ago, due to it’s nice fragrance and pretty bottle.
